Continuing professional training seminar 18.09.2025

“BUCHAREST COLLEGE OF LEGAL ADVISORS” with its professional headquarters in Bucharest, B-dul Regina Maria no. 64, Sector 4, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 514/2003 on the organization and practice of the legal advisor profession. The “Professional Training Seminar for Definitive / Trainee Legal Advisors” is included in the professional training program regulated by Art. 55 – Art. 57 of the Statute of the Legal Advisor Profession, corroborated with Art. 192 – Art. 200 of Law no. 53/2003 – the Labour Code, with subsequent amendments and completions. The continuing professional training concerns the legal framework from both national law and European Union law regarding the members of the Professional Association “Bucharest College of Legal Advisors”, who practice the regulated profession of legal advisor indicated in Art. 38 of Law no. 200/2004 on the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania. The Professional Association “Bucharest College of Legal Advisors”, regulated in accordance with Art. 9 of the Constitution, is the professional body which, under its statute, is bound to carry out activities related to continuing professional training for all members of the Professional Association. According to the provisions of Art. 20¹ of the Statute of the Bucharest College of Legal Advisors, legal advisors are required to participate in continuing professional training as follows: – one seminar per semester, namely two seminars per year for trainees; – one seminar per year for definitive legal advisors. The essential objective of the Bucharest College of Legal Advisors is to maintain and improve a competent, independent, specialized, and efficient professional framework in order to defend and promote the professional interests through: – representing the interests and rights of the legal advisor profession; – continuing professional training, solidarity, and professional discipline; – ensuring the representation of the professional body in relation to other professional bodies within civil society and in its relations with state authorities. The seminar for legal advisors scheduled on 18.09.2025 will take place between 11:00 – 17:00 at “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest, located at Calea Văcăreşti no. 187, Sector 4, Bucharest, MEDIA Hall, Building M. Continuing Professional Training Seminar for Legal Advisors – June 19, 2025, Bucharest

“BUCHAREST COLLEGE OF LEGAL ADVISORS”, with its professional headquarters in Bucharest, B-dul Regina Maria no. 64, Sector 4, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 514/2003 regarding the organization and practice of the legal advisor profession. The “Professional Training Seminar for Definitive and Trainee Legal Advisors” is included in the professional training program regulated by Articles 55–57 of the Statute of the Legal Advisor Profession, correlated with Articles 192–200 of Law 53/2003 – Labour Code, with subsequent amendments and additions. Continuing professional training covers the legal basis of national law and European Union law concerning members of the Professional Association Bucharest College of Legal Advisors, who exercise the regulated profession of legal advisor, as indicated in Article 38 of Law no. 200/2004 on the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania. The Professional Association Bucharest College of Legal Advisors, regulated under Article 9 of the Constitution, is the professional body with the obligation, regulated by statute, to carry out continuing professional training activities for all members of the Association. According to the provisions of Article 20¹ of the Statute of the Bucharest College of Legal Advisors, legal advisors with definitive professional status are required to participate in at least one professional training seminar per year. The essential objective of the Bucharest College of Legal Advisors is to maintain and improve a competent, independent, specialized, and effective professional framework aimed at defending and promoting professional interests by: – representing the interests and rights of the legal advisor profession; – continuing professional training, solidarity, and professional discipline; – ensuring the representation of the professional body towards other professional bodies at the civil society level and in relation to state authorities. Continuing professional training seminar for legal advisors – April 18, 2024, Bucharest.

The College of Legal Advisors of Bucharest, in accordance with Law No. 514/2003 on the organization and practice of the legal advisor profession, invites junior legal advisors to participate in a Professional Training Seminar, taking place on April 18, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, at the Ballroom of the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ion Ghica Street no. 4, Sector 3, Bucharest. This seminar is part of the continuous professional development program, regulated by the Statute of the profession and the Labor Code, and is dedicated exclusively to junior legal advisors. Seminar Objectives: Enhance theoretical and practical knowledge in civil, labor, and criminal law, as well as data protection. Strengthen the professional development of junior legal advisors. Earn 10 professional training points, as provided by Art. 20¹ of the Statute of the CCJB. Topics include: Types of contracts and their legal effects (legal advisor Silvia Grecu) Contractual penalties – certainty, liquidity, enforceability (legal advisor Gabriel Goicea) Criminal and civil actions in criminal trials; economic and service-related offenses (PhD candidate legal advisor Vicențiu-Traian Râmniceanu) Personal data processing in legal advisory work (university lecturer PhD Doru Dorobanțu) Event schedule includes Q&A sessions, lunch and coffee break, and diploma awarding ceremony at the end.
